Tamim Al Maheer was born in Khulna, Bangladesh, and raised in the vibrant capital city of Dhaka. From a young age, he demonstrated a passion for creativity and community involvement, actively participating in various cultural activities. These early experiences helped shape his sense of leadership, teamwork, and a deep appreciation for design and innovation. Tamim began his formal education at Ideal School & College, where he completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 2017. He then earned his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Dhaka City College in 2019. His academic journey continued at the University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. A key highlight of his academic career was participating in the NASA Human Exploration Rover Challenge in 2021. As the leader of the Design and Safety Division, Tamim played a crucial role in shaping the technical vision and ensuring the reliability and safety of the team's project — a testament to his ability to lead, innovate, and work under pressure. Currently, Tamim works as a UI/UX Designer at a tech company, where he blends creativity with user-centered design to craft seamless digital experiences. His role involves researching user behavior, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to bring intuitive interfaces to life. With a strong foundation in science and technology, hands-on design experience, and a lifelong passion for innovation, Tamim Al Maheer continues to grow as a professional dedicated to solving real-world problems through thoughtful and impactful design.
